I have been tutoring online since the UK went into a national lockdown in March and was surprised at how easy and effective this approach is using Zoom. This is why I am offering a free online lesson to anyone who is interested in hiring my services.

 

Face-to-face lessons will be available from the first week in September for those who prefer it but why not try a free online lesson? There is nothing to lose except a little time and effort and everything to gain. You save on travel time and cost and won't have to hang around. I live about 10 minutes from Penrith.

UK Tuition

 

I offer expert one-to-one English Tuition to secondary school students from my home near Penrith in Cumbria. I also teach English online.  Over the past 27 years I have successfully taught English Language and English Literature at GCSE and advanced levels. For the past twelve years, I have been an examiner in these subjects. i have experience of following a wide range of specifications including AQA, Edexcel and Cambridge.

 

Lessons usually last for one hour and take place once a week. Shorter and longer lessons can be arranged if required and my hourly rate adjusted accordingly.
